Stitching in a circle

I'm trying to make a circle tag and I would like a straight stitch to go around it. I know that I can brush one stitch on and then copy it. Move it and tilt it. Is there an easier way? Is there a way to make a perfect circle with a brush? I have PSE5 so that may not be an option for me.

I haven't tried this, and I don't have a pse in this computer to try it right now, but I think I can figure out a way to do it. Type a line of dashes or hyphens . You can also just draw lines. Apply bevels to the lines. Then do Filter>distort>rectangular to polar. Depending on how big you want the circle, you might have to try several lengths of dashes lines. Hope it works.
