Hi gang, need some Help please! Does anyone have a good method of removing moire in a guy's shirt? I've searched the internet and didn't find much. (This is the digital camera type and not from scanning, if it matters.)
(I think I saw a reference to a "Scott Kelby tells you how" in some seminar they were advertising or something.)

Kerri ...
Take a look at:

There are also a few free actions around that will do this ... try Adobe Exchange.
So how is the job going???

Hi Mike and Wendy,
Picture is at work.... I think we got to the "good enough" stage with color replacement but the lines still show up. (I think it's probably gone to the lab for printing but I thought I'd ask.)
Wendy, thanks. I'll look at your links tonight.
Job is going fine. Sitting here with wet hair this morning but had to see if anyone had ideas.
Miss this place! (Went to a conference this weekend so I'm 4 pages of "unread posts" behind!)

A bit off-topic, here, Kerri, but...wow. Your work in your gallery is very nice. I love that picture of the biker popping out of the image (I liked ALL you pictures).
Very impressive, and quite inspiring. Now, to find the time. I'm discovering that 7, 5, and 3-year olds are great subjects, but the catch-22 is the lack of time they also create...but that's OK. I still wouldn't trade 'em. :)

Why Thanks Mike! Very sweet of you. You can be off topic in my thread with compliments any time. :D ;)
It is fun to photograph the kids. I'll admit I would like a little girl occasionally so I could make some girly pictures too! :)
Nice job with your "ghost kid". I actually remember seeing it in one of my quick fly through the posts. Wish I could find time to try a new tut!

And thanks, back, for the compliment! I was quite surprised and humbled to see it listed as one of the Editors Choices this week! I hardly feel qualified to hold a candle to the talent around here.
But, you know, Kerrie, I had an unexpected reaction to that ghost picture. After I finished, I was happy with how it turned out, technically. But, as I leaned back in my chair and gazed at it, I found a somewhat unsettling feeling come over me. It started taking on a somewhat creepy tone, almost like our youngest son was dead. I wasn't expecting that mood, but that's what it created. My wife thought so, too.
Anyway, it's all part of experimenting, eh? I sure am enjoying learning the new things. There are some fun-looking tutorials just waiting for a few free moments!
