Refund?

I thought there were various emails a few months ago regarding the fact that we were going to be offered refunds since the publication is being/has been discontinued! I have not received a refund and/or any more publications. Who do I contact? THANKS!:mad:

The decision to shut down the newsletter has been rescinded. So you will receive all your issues and can resubscribe should you choose to do so.

The publication is still in service. I saw on another post that Vol 5 Issue #1 was recently sent out. If you have not recieved any issues, maybe your subscription expired. Call customer sevice to see if this is the case.

The people who answered are correct. The publication is continuing and so is the website. If you are not happy with that decision then you can contact customer service at PET. Their number can be found at the bottom of the home page for PET under the customer service link. Since the issue is no longer on the table, however, we are closing any threads relating to this once the answers have been given. Thanks.
