Answering PM?

I just received a PM and tried to respond, but was "told" by the forum software that the person has chosen not to receive PM.

Is it possible to be able to send and not receive?

You can set it to send but only receive from people on your buddy list. I suspect they either have it set that way or sent one and then disabled private messaging.
