Looking for shortcut for PSE5 - to make a copy of all layers and put on one layer

I have tried CTL+ALT+E, and CTL+SHIFT+ALT+E....so far I can't get anything to work. I would like to copy all the layers into one, but still retain each individual layer as well. Any ideas?

Well, Ctrl-Shift-Alt-E (Stamp Visible) should have worked. Maybe it did but because you had a layer lower down the stack targeted you can't see it? Make sure your topmost layer is targeted and then do it - the new layer should then come in at the top.

I am not much for shortcuts, but the long way isn't too bad.

Select>All
Edit>Copy Merged
Edit>Paste

Bayla - if I want to copy all the layers do I create a blank/new layer on top of all the other and then do the short cut?

No. you just have to make sure that all the layers you want to copy are visible.
