Urgent Help

All of a sudden everything is black and white. Under 'mode' it keeps coming up as 'bitmap' everytime I open PSE 5. Have I inadvertantly ticked or unticked something? Driving me mad ....:eek:

What happens when you check RGB Color?

First of all I have to click on greyscale as it is the only other option and then I get a choice of RGB sRGB etc. But every time I open a new document it reverts back. Only happend today. I can't think of anything different I have done.:confused:

Problem solved!! I knew it would be my fault:D When choosing new layer, somehow or other 'bitmap' had been selected. All is now well:)
