Program you own keyboard shortcuts?

In a lot of software programs, you can program your own keyboard shortcuts. Is this possible in PSE 6? I couldn't find anything in the preferences.

Not in Elements - you can in full Photoshop.

I have a programmable keyboard (mostly for gamers) with 18 extra keys I have some of these programmed for different things.
The hard part is remembering which key is which.:D

Hi, fellas. Thanks for the replies. Gary....I have some "user defined" keys on my keyboard, too. Can I use them within a program? I'd love to program one to display my brush options. I'll have to do some research.
