I just downloaded some exercise file's and they are in .sitz extension. I don't seem able to open them. When I do it's a garbled mess! Do I need to download a program like stuff it for mac or is it possible to be able to open them up in Leopard with
out another program. What would be the best program to get to open up these types of files?

Also iMovie 08 will not open mpeg (muxed) files I think I need another program to convert them to AVI or DV. Any suggestions what I need for this also???
:confused::eek:

Stuffit Expander (the free version) can be found here (http://my.smithmicro.com/mac/stuffitexpander/index.html)

For file conversions, you might try Zamzar (http://www.zamzar.com). Not sure if muxed files are accepted though, since this is a special type of codec.
