I recently created a photobook in PSE6. When completed, I clicked on the order prints tab to order the photobook. The progress box showed that the it was preparing the files. Subsequently, I get the dialog box which has a Kodak Easy Share Logo in the corner telling me that there was an error and my request could not be completed. Tells me to try again later. That does not help.
Tech support from Adobe tells me it is a Kodak problem. Kodak tells me its an Adobe problem. Do I need to load any Kodak software to make it work. I need some advice.

Though I haven't tried it myself, you don't need any extra software as Elements packages up the necessary files and transfers them to Kodak all by itself.
I wonder if it was just an interruption in the upload process? Depending up the type of Internet connection you have (DSL or cable modem), you might try it at another time of day. Cable modems are notorious for suffering slow-downs in the evenings/night when a bunch of people in the same area are online. It's not as much of an issue as it used to be, but it's a thought :)

I have a DSL connection and I have no problem uploading prints to Kodak site. I am frustrated with why PSE6 does not let upload the photobook. I'm not sure what to even check. Creating the photobook within PSE is so much easier because I have a collection with all the proper photos already.
Any ideas on waht to check or modify?

Did you ever find and answer to this problem? I have the same issue.

Is there a way y'all can just save the completed pages as jpg. I have not tried it in the program.
Then upload them outside the program to the photo printing site?
I usually use Shutterfly.

My problem with uploading the photobook is solved now. It works fine now but I'm not sure what changed. I'm thinking that it has something to do with my internet setup or connections under preferences.
