I recently created a photobook in PSE6. When completed, I clicked on the order prints tab to order the photobook. The progress box showed that it was preparing the files. Subsequently, I get the dialog box which has a Kodak Easy Share Logo in the corner telling me that there was an error and my request could not be completed. Tells me to try again later. That does not help.
Tech support from Adobe tells me it is a Kodak problem. Kodak tells me its an Adobe problem. Do I need to load any Kodak software to make it work. I need some advice.
