color photo to b/w adding color

how do you take a color photo, make it black and white, and add color back to certain parts of the photo? I am using elements 6

And if you're not yet a subscriber (although I'd highly recommend it!:)) try doing a search on this forum using the words 'selective coloring' - it'll bring up a host of threads amongst which you'll find various ways to acheive the effect you're looking for.
