Will I be receiving a physical copy of the newsletter? How often does the newsletter get published. If I am supposed to get a physical copy, I have not seen one yet.

Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the ElementsVilage. You can get all your questions answered here. Just ask away. :):)

You will get the newsletter by mail and it usually takes 6-8 weeks for your first newsletter to arrive. In the meantime if you want, you could either order hard copy back issues or electronic back issues in pdf form both from customer service.

Use this url (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/index.php) then scroll down to the bottom and click on Contact Information.

Don't forget to check out all of the videos and written tuts in the subscriber area!

Hi, I also want to welcome you to the Village!

As Robert said it take about 6-8 weeks for your first issue to arrive in your mailbox. There are 8 issues per year, so you will get a new issue about every 6-7 weeks there-after.

Enjoy using the subscribers area, looking at the videos and written tutorials. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. Someone will be answering your question soon!

Crien,

Wow, that is exceptionally fast especially when you consider that it's had to be sent to Belgium! I think that it took over six weeks for me to get my first newsletter.

Thank you for the information. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first copy and I will check out the download link for past issues. So far, what I have gained in knowledge here has been wonderful. I have already acquired new ways to do things with photoshop. Thanks again
