I want to duplicate the Warner Brothers/Looney Tunes logo for a scrapbook page, the one where Porky Pig busts out and says 'That's all, Folks.' I am using PE 4 and I've opened a large blank canvas, drawn my circle and even been able to color it with a gradient radial color. But I want the target look and each successive circle has an outer shadow and an inner glow and each circle looks like it is curved upward. I tried to put a picture of the logo in here but I couldn't get it to copy. Does anyone understand what I'm trying for? I've been at this all day long and I'm getting frustrated.

Search the internet for a clip art or photo of the logo? With some research you should be able to find what you want.

Hi Carol,

Try this, as it is a quick/easy way to do this.

open new document (square is best)
fill layer with the radial gradient light in the center and dark at the edge white to black is best
goto filter>artistic>cutout and start with levels 8, simplicity 0
if you want to colorize the "target" you can overlay another radial gradient directly on the original and use the difference mode. try red to white from center out keeping the spread about the same.http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1WTogvObhW1ueZIMcQGKATJPxk9L5_thumb.jpg (http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1WTogvObhW1ueZIMcQGKATJPxk9L5)
