Can you create an action in PSE5?

I would like to be able to record an action for myself...
with most of my photos, when I am done editing I resize it and then add a white border (image-resize-canvas) and then add another black border (same steps as the white border), and then my logo...

I would love to be able to streamline this process by recording an action.

I am using PSE5 and XP.

Is it possible to do this and if so, how? If not, does anyone have another suggestion?

Unfortunately you can't create actions in PSE, only in the full version of Photoshop.

actually, they're all covered in the B&W pack, but I was wondering if there was a specific percentage desired - :cool:
