Hi everyone, here is my next question. When I was using windows xp and an Epson printer I would right click on an image I wanted to print and click on print. Then a printing wizard came on the screen and led me through the process step by step. My last choice was to pick a print size I wanted, one of the choices was to put 3- 4x6 prints on a 8 1/2 by 11 1/2 sheet of paper. Now that I have a computer with Vista my printing wizard is gone and the new choices I now have do not include putting 3 prints per page on but only two. Is there a way of getting my printing wizard back or has Bill Gates ruined my day again?

Thanks
Mike

I think Mr Gates may indeed have ruined your day.
When I went to Vista I had to get a new printer altogether because Vista didnot recognize the one I was using and there was not a patch to make it compatible.

Thanks Carol, my Epson R340 worked with Vista just fine all except the printing wizard was no longer there so printing 3 -4x6's on one sheet option is no longer there.

One of my printers is the R300 and I can no longer have a 'print preview'. When I asked Epson I was told sorry that's the way it is with Vista!:(

I don't have Vista but I understood it had a brand new wizard:

" Photo Print Wizard. One of Windows Vista's most dramatic improvements is the addition of the Photo Print Wizard. This single-screen wizard simplifies the process of printing photographs while accommodating a high degree of customization. The Photo Print Wizard lets you select any number of photos, then select from a number of layouts, including borderless, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 3.5x5, wallet, and contact sheets. Additional layouts can be added by printer manufacturers for specific printers and paper sizes."

Vista has pretty much everything one would need except it only lets you put 2 - 4x6 prints on a page instead of 3 as Epson's wizard does. It's not a big deal it's just that Windows should leave other peoples software alone.

Why not do it from Elements - that has a Picture Package Layout that puts 3 4x6 on letter size paper.
