watermark

Hello, I am new to the forum and I want to make myself a fancy watermark and I want to be able to have it readily available for anytime and different sizes of photos. How would I do this? I am kinda new to elements but I do TONS of scrapbooking on it.

Have you considered creating a signature "brush"?
