The Photoshop FocusGuide magazines are usually carried by both Borders and Barnes and Noble. Each issue covers a particular slant on using the software--for instance, working with it on landscape photos, or color correction or a general overview of tools, and there have been a few all about Photoshop Elements. They can be hard to spot on the racks, mixed in with the larger magazines. And the stores usually don't carry many copies. It's an expensive one--I think around $14.99 US an issue.

If the one you're looking for is the newest issue (I haven't been able to get to a bookstore in a while so I don't know what's current!), it may take a month or more for it to show up in the US stores. Look on the racks for any issue of FocusGuide Photoshop to see if they carry it, then check back often until the new one arrives. The UK magazines seem to take a good bit of time before they are on the stands here.
