Printing Problems Can Anyone Help

Hi there i work in a school and we are using photoshop elements 3 and have just started encountering an error when some students go to print. It doesnt seem to be affecting all machines just some in the classroom.

The error message i get when they click the print option in the file menu is: Could not complete the print command because the selected printer driver could not be found. Please select a printer from the control panel and try again.

If anyone can help that would be great.

Try disconnecting the printer and reconnect. Usually means puter not seeing printer.

Thanks but if you open microsoft word for example and click the print button then it knows theres a printer there. You can also see the printers if you click printers and faxes in the start menu. The printer is a networkd printer. But its not affecting all workstations just some.
