Creativity is so delicate a flower that praise tends to make it bloom, while
discouragement often nips it in the bud. Any of us will put out more and
better ideas if our efforts are appreciated.

Thank you Wendy

We had a wonderful time. A good friend of mine had a couple of lobsters flow in for us ... I think from Caribbean. Then a fine bottle of wine appeared on my door step. So I made a meal out of these by added a salad and French bread then finishing it all off with rich coffee and dark chocolate.

Now back to the challenge ....

Sounds like a great anniversary! Can you share how many years? It sounds like no matter what the years one or both of you are very romantic. I like that! :)

Congratulations Grant - 38 years is just getting started. I think the romantic anniversaries are perhaps one of the leading indicators of the spirit that you each have which is why you have been so successful.

We celebrated 44 years and he is my very best friend. :)

Sorry its late this week ... but I have been busy. So please forgive any typos :)

Aaron .. Well done ... nice combination of images in both of them

Alex ... Oh your No 1 is funny ... and it looks so realistic :) Good work on No 2 its a good idea and well done.

Anne ... What an interesting effect you have done in No 1 it almost looks part embossed and part illustration ... how did you do it? .. and what a great pattern No 2 made! but No 3 just has to be my favourite .. nice touches in there with the flames and the face at the window.

Ben ... Very clever use of the image and good chessmen !! ... nice mini image in No 2 with a really good texture in there.

Bob .. Wow that is good. Great industrial landscape ... how did you make it? Now No 2 confused me for a while ... but did you make the cap in it ?. No 3 has to be the best overlayed text I have seen in a long time ... great attention to detail with the highlights!!. How did you get it to look so good? No 4 ... Wow interesting theme and looks so good!!

Cal ... Not seen you around for a while ... What a beautiful butterfly .. nicely done!

Chris ... Good funny one for No 1 ... certainly made me smile and No 2 is just brilliant. Really good distortions in there and what a superb face :) No 3 is a great space ship!!

Cliff ... What a good curve you have on that ... and I love the cat and the little door!

Dave ... Is that a submarine I see !!

Donald ... Good underwater scene you have turned it into ... and what a brilliant porthole. How did you achieve the effect ?

Gerald ... Looks like a direct hit to me ... very nicely done and such good use of the image.

J Palsmeir ... Really good work on placing the cat on top of it ... very realistic ... and a very good background to pull the image together.

Malcolm ... Took me a little while to find them ... nice one!

Marilyn ... Wow you have done some great ones this week ... the textures in No 1 are just so good and the pattern in No 2 is brilliant. How did you do it?

Melissa ... Original use for the image in No 1 ... it works well! and No 2 and 3 are just great ... but I have to say that No 4 is my favourite. It does make a helmet!

Pat ... How did you get the colours? ... it almost glows :)

Rita ... Wow that looks so alive ... you have so much movement in there. Great work!!

Robin ... Oh excellent effect ... how did you do it??

Tab ... Nice one ... love the control centre ... very clever with No 2!!

Tom ... Where did it go!! ... very well done.

Ward ... Now that is good ... good use of the image and great textures in there. ...No 2 is good too... how did you do it?
