I recently went on a mini vacation to Gatlinburg, TN. While my husband drove I took pictures from the passenger's seat. I only had seconds to capture a scene as we flew by the countryside ( and I do mean flew by). Speed limit! What is that? I clicked away the entire trip home. I didn't expect to get anything useful but that's the beauty of digital! If it doesn't work out, just delete. I was pleasantly surprised with quite of few of the pics. This is just one of them.
Who knew! :D Just goes to show - keep that camera within reach.

My brother kept taking photos out the side of the car on our trip to Yosemite. He set the camera to sports action and got some amazing photos. He could take a photo on a bridge and get the snap in the in-between spots on the bridge framework!

I figured he would have a lot of deletes, but not so!

Edalisse,

I like the church image a lot. Nice sketch effect.

That would make for a fun book - photos taken only from the passenger seat of a moving car. :D

Might it also be a good idea for Bill's weekly Phototheme?

That's a really nice shot and framed well too! Bayla - you may be on to something there. Of course - Bill would have to specify NOT from the driver's seat. ;):D
