Premier Elements 4 with PSE4?

I am using PSE4 and purchased PSE6 Plus PE4. After all the warnings about PSE6 I decided not to use it but would like to use PE4. Are there any compatibility issues with upgrading PE2 to PE4 without upgrading to PSE6?:confused:

The first thing that comes to mind is:

1. You lose "the non wmv route" from Photoshop Elements 6 to Premiere Elements 4 which permits you to break apart the Photoshop Elements 6 slideshow in Premiere Elements 4 for further edits. ONLY the specific combo of 6/4 or 5/3 offers this perk. Even 5/4 will not do it and more importantly for you 4/4 will not either.

2. Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere Elements 4 now each have Organizers. When installed on the same computer, they share a common database. Check into the Organizer consequences for your decision.
