My computer crashed last week!:eek: I was able to retreive my files from my hard drive, to my surprise. :)

I would like to know if I can remove my files from my organizer and re-organize them? I want to get rid of the grey boxes with the "?" mark in them, they say they are missing files and I don't know how to find them or prevent this from happening again. The files were on my hard drive but don't show in the organizer. :confused:

Try File>Reconnect All Missing Files. This could take awhile.

Missing files means that the images are not where Organizer expected to find them. Most likely there was some kind of change in path name from the original. Check the properties of one of the images with the question mark and check out location to see where Organizer expected to find the image.
