I'm not saying my granddog is gifted, but...
Her "dad" has Thursday afternoons off and, for the last two Thursdays, her "granddad" has gone to her house to help "dad" lay wood floors in the bedrooms. Except for the base shoe moulding, the floors are now finished, so "granddad" didn't go this Thursday. But, when "dad" got home from work, Marley went to the gate twice, looking for "granddad." She knew it was Thursday and was expecting company!
