Hello,
Somebody might of mentioned this before. How do I do a blend like in the picture below, two or more pictures together in Elements 3.0?:

Thanks in advance!

Hi there ....
.... and welcome to the forum :)
I think that you have missed out the link to the example you wanted to show us ... so not sure how you want the layers to blend ??

Sorry about that. Umm its kind of heard to explain :P I want them to overlap and be very smoothly blended together where they overlap. Here is a tutorial that failed to work in PSE3: http://www.dreamvision-entertainment.com/dvw/tutorials/blendtut.html. And you can find the finished project in there. I tried to learn the layer masking thing but it didnt work :( . Is that good enough or are more details needed?

Hi there ...
I guess it didn't work because Elements doesn't have layer masks ... well you can get addons that let you do layer masks.
There are some in the Sunscriber area under Extras and some on Grant's site:

Take a look at them and see what you think :)

Hi ...
Oh I am pleased that it has helped ... layer masks are so useful and some of the other tools in there are good too. One point is that if you do update to PSE4 then some of the tools will no longer work :(
