Someone mentioned that a while back, maybe Gary? I don't but will take a peek.

Both Gary & I joined--although I haven't been there much (nor here either due to trying to get PSE up on new computer:cool:)
It seemes to be good site with lots of info--I think Gary has wandered around more over there--

I signed up, but honestly, haven't been there since that initial sign-up. I don't have much free time, so that's the biggest reason.
It looks good, though, from the few mintues I spent browsing around.

Rob, I joined after Gary mentioned it. I have been able to pick up some helpful information, but you could spend days looking over everything that is there. For the price, it is a good info site..

I joined back in November but it really didn't click with me. I posted a bit but felt rather out of place, like the new kid in school. The size of the place was pretty overwhelming. Some really good photographers hang out there, though. Give it a try, Rob, and see how you like it...

Guess I'll give it a shot (no pun intended) it looks like I could learn a lot & maybe inspire me a bit to get out there & take more photos.

Hey Rob,
Looks like a great site. I've not heard of it.
Think I'll check it out. Looks like TONS of info. :D
Hey guess what. Impulse shopping spree yesterday.
I bought the 50-200mm f2.8-3.5 ED Zukio Digital Lens, totally on
a whim. It went on sale (REALLY ON SALE on amazon.com and then
the rebate ended yesterday.) So I said what the heck and just bought it.
Shipped today. I'm soooooooo excited. Now we need some springy weather here.
I'm about to go nuts with the MUD!!!! BLAH!!!!!!
WAHOO!!!! Gonna check out the site. THANKS!

I have joined since it was mentioned here, and I have been addicted to it almost as much as the Village and I have to check in here twice a day now. LOL
Not just in PHotoshop and Photography. But, every aspect you can think of. From just shooting other things and getting ideas to buying equipment and specializing in each brand as well. A pretty overall nice and friendly site. I highly recommend it to everyone here, and as this site is a specialized site for Photoshop, they are a more complete photography site and not competition to the Village.
I also check in from time to time to another site as well. Since I am a Nikon owner, I signed up with Nikonians but as a free member. I have spent enough money on Photography for the past few months.

It's not gonna be here till Tue. I may bust before then. Why did I have to wait till a weekend got in the middle. Gives me a little time to workout with some weights, that thing weighs 4lbs. Oh well, I'm tuff. ha ha

Hi Rob
It seems like a very nice place. I joined in late last year as well. Just a whole bunch of info. While it is huge, there are forums for pretty much anything photography related, so you can find a niche area and just hang there.
Apparently it was started as a revolt from some other photography forums that were less than helpful to newbies and amatuers.

Mark, I know what you are saying. I am re-learning things I had forgotten over the more than 40 years as a serious amature/semi pro. If i didn't
have to pay a mortgage, I'd spend a lot more time at both these sites.
