Is it me or has this site been really slow lately, I used to read tons of new posts each day but recently it's been like a ghost town. It just seems this way in the last few weeks.

I guess I haven't noticed much of a slowdown, Rob. But I've been busy, too, so maybe I'm just not on as much. I certainly wouldn't call it a ghost town, though. :)

I think a lot of users on this site also frequent the Photoshop Creative Elements Community (http://www.photoshopcreativeelements.com/index.php) site. Maybe you'll find them there. :)

Rob
It is usually slow this time of year. I think a lot of people are busy with projects outside of the forum and it keeps them away. I have year-end stuff at work that has had me tied up lately.

I think a lot of people are spending time with new software and new camera equipment they received for Christmas. Plus, the 366 Photos project is taking up some people's time!

Looks like a cool site, I'll have to register for it when I get home from work:)

The camera part is sure true for me, Julie. I've been trying to learn as much as I can about my new one.

Plus, I've had some other non-photoshop-related things that have cropped up (no pun intended) that have made life a little more hectic.

I for one am only really popping in lately to look at the gallery. Am at my computer from morning until the wee hours to meet a deadline. I can't wait to join in with the challenges again soon.

Robert, that count includes hundreds of 'bots', planted in the forum by Google, Yahoo, and others to collect info for the search engines. If you want to see who (or what) is online at any given moment, you can click on Who's Online at the bottom of the forum page. Very interesting - and somewhat unnerving...

It does seem to have slowed down some since I first joined, which wasn't that long ago. There really seems to be fewer people submitting photos in the Newsletter Subscriber Forum (Which maybe should have it's name changed.) and the Before and After Forum.

I also visit the NAPP Forums, Pentax Forums, DP Review, but this is by far my favorite place.

Hi Rob

I was thinking the same the other day as well. I am chalking it up to that time of year. :)
