CES2008 is proof that the convergence between computer media and the television is a BIG DEAL. Using an Xbox 360, PS3, Apple TV, TiVo, etc., you can generate incredible slideshows on your television based on an m3u playlist rather than simply playing all the pictures in a given folder. That's why I'm stunned I have not found much information on the making of playlists for photographs.
I've been using JR Media Center's (www.jrmediacenter.com (http://www.jrmediacenter.com)) to create these m3u playlists and it does a great job. PSE's Organizer is a wonderful and powerful component. Why it does not have a way of creating m3u playlists is beyond me.
Perhaps I'm missing something???
