Help - what's happened to my brush

HI Guys

I'm in the middle of doing some important work and something odds happened with my brush tool.

The colour sort of fads in as you keep clicking the mouse button, instead of just being solid immediately.

I've got the opacity set to 100%, it's the normal brush from the default brush pallet..

In the bursh options bar across the top of your screen when the brush is chosen, make sure you don't have any "fade" chosen. Set everything in those boxes to zero.

I think you need to click on the little button next to the opacity slider, the one that looks like a pen with a cord on it. You have the airbrush on.

I should have said that this is PS4... I dont have a fade option on the brush options at the top of the screen.

Maybe the airbrush, but I discovered that if I right-click the brush at the top there's the option to "reset this tool" which I did. That fixed it
