PSE5 Organizer will not open

I have recently installed PSE5 on my laptop; it has vista and is 32 bit (I also got the update from Adobe). PSE5 was on my old laptop with XP, I uninstalled it there and installed it on my new laptop and the organizer will not load, it worked fine on the old laptop. The editor opens, just not the organizer; I have tried repairing and uninstalling and re-installing about 5 times...nothing works! .....Any thoughts or help.:confused:

Have you applied the patch to upgrade to version 5.0.2 (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=3569)? That is the version that should work properly under Vista.

When you try to open the Organizer, what do you see?
