I have a tagged section in pe6 that I wanted to copy to a SD memory chip for a digital photo frame. We worked very hard with the scanned photos to properly date them and the sequence appeared to be okay. But when I exported to the removable meda the pictures sorted on some other key. Is there a way to keep the sequence as I've laid out on the organizer??

You have to figure out the sort order that the digital photo frame uses. The one I recently did some pictures for (a Kodak) sorted on file name so I had to use File>Export and give them the images a common base name so they got sorted by the photo frame in the right order. I used the Organizer Album in PSE6 to rearrange them into the order I wanted but in earlier versions you could do it in a Collection. I'm afraid that all that hard work to date them in order probably was wasted :(

I have run into this so many times - how frustrating. One thing I did was to rename the entire file and then the things went in sequence, but it put the first one last - so then I made sure to compensate for that quirk, too.
I use Windows XP for this.
Edit
images a common base name
Looks like Tony already addressed this - oops
