How to burn dvd so that it repeats automatically

I am using Premiere Elements 3. I would like to burn a basic dvd, which doesn't need any chapters such that when put in a player it will not only start automatically, but will repeat automatically when it gets to the end. Is this possible, and if so, how?

THIS THREAD (http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32209&highlight=repeat) deals with that same topic, and includes information on how to achieve a looping disc. It cannot be done using only PrEl.
