XP to Vista

I recently bought a new computer with Vista Home Premium OS. Also still have my older computer set up with XP. I was using PSE 3 on old computer. Now I have installed PSE 5 and downloaded the patch 5.0.2 on new computer. When I open the organizer in PSE and go to Get Files I can't see the thumbnails of my photos, only icons. Didn't have this problem on the old computer. Any suggestions? This happens with files I have transferred from old computer and files I have just loaded from compact flash.

I was able to transfer my files with very little problem. Did you follow Adobe's recommended procedure which is located here http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=333522 ?
