USM Preview Window

Occasionally, when activating the USM filter, I get a totally white preview window. No matter how much I move the cursor around, or zoom in and out, it stays all white. It usually occurs after I have done some work on the image, but not necessarity at the same point all the time. It seems to happen most often after I have cropped the image or resized it down.

Hope someone can help, as this is most aggravating. :(

I have never come across this before ... what is your set up Windows/Mac and which OS are you using?.

Has this just started to happen or has it been like this since you installed Elements ... and are you using Elements 2 or 3?

Hi Paula, are you sure you are not doing this whlist using the key layer? Go back to the image layer and activate it...then you won't have this problem. :)
