Wherever you post in these forum, the same people are going to see your post and try to help. So there is no wrong place to post.

The big BUT is that you need to follow up with them. In the back and forth questions answers, your answer usually surfaces. I do not see that you responded to the questions asked you by Colin and Nick (top, top people) who usually tackle and target right on advanced topics.

These are my suggestions:
1. Take a look at the following Adobe TechNote to see if there is anything in it that might help.

2. Go back to the other thread and try a few rounds of Q&A with Nick et al.
If you do, you can always link this thread back to the other for continuation of the topic. It gets confusing with more than one thread on the same topic. You may miss the answer that you needed.

3. I will continue to follow your progress and will jump back into the discussion if appropriate. You could also post your question at the Photoshop Elements User to User Forum at Adobe http://www.adobe.com. There is no charge to do so, but you do have to register. But, I believe that troubleshooting at Elements Village offers the best avenue for you to pursue at this time.

Details are important. Because a problem that sounds like someone else's often has different origins. So, with a lot more details, Q&A, let us see what we can do?
