Tools Pallette Position

My workspace in PE 3.0 has changed and my tools pallet will only dock as one vertical row down left of screen or un-dock to be moved. Does anyone know how to get it to dock in two vertical rows again?

grab it from the top and drag it out to use the 2 row option and slide it back up to use 1 row.

You probably have the screen maximised when the Toolbox is a single row. If you click the maximise icon in the top right hand corner, it makes the view smaller and the Toolbx becomes two rows.
