I am trying to take a photo, make it a 2" circle, and put wrapping text around it. My eventual plan is to print this onto a decal, and put them on some small tins that will be used for a friends wedding favor.

I am not sure if this link is still good any more but you can try. It is a free download that gives you a way to make your text follow a circle, heart, star and a square. I have it saved and use it all the time. Always more than one way to do everything and sometimes what works well for one will not work at all for others. That is the beauty of this site, eventually you will find something that works for you.
