My first NAPP try

I worked up the courage to submit an entry to the NAPP challenge this week (they call them 'battles' over there which is intimidating enough, without even seeing how good they all are).

It works somewhat like Grant's challenge, where an image is posted and 'battlers' see what they can do with it. Here's my try:

For what it's worth they were all very welcoming about it all.

That's great Bill. Fine first effort (heck, it would have been a fine 101st effort!).

I've done a couple, but it's been several months. Too many projects, not enough time...

I'd like to try and get back over there...make you a deal...I'll do the next one they post if you will (I won't have time this week--long story...).
