I am interested in learning about very high quality digital printers. I have recently had the opportunity to use a professional printing company which printed on large stock Kodak Endura Metallic paper. The results are beyond what I achieve with my Canon inkjet. How would I go about gaining info on additional printing processes available to digital photographers?

This paper is an RA4 silver halide process, so, unless you're prepared to set up a darkroom, with chemistry, enlarger, etc, your best bet is to find a custom lab that can make prints for you.
