Susbscriber Videos - No Sound

Help - some of the tutorial videos have no sound!!:confused:

And YES before you ask - I have the sound up at full!:) Not started on the sherry just yet!:)

Sounds like you have the latest version of Quicktime ... and it isn't working on some Videos.

The problem is a change made to windows media player:older vids won't play anymore. Previous posts discuss this issue. Download VLC media player (just search and it will come up) and they will play.

Hi Sue,

Have you installed the VLC player? If you have, when you now double click on a video, it should automatically start playing using VLC.

I think that we just went through all that in another thread.

Have you tried downloading the video and then trying to play it with this player? Or, are you trying to play the video directly from the web site?
