Can't download images;ODBC error

Just this week, I am unable to download images from any file, camera, scanner or device. The error reads: ODBC data source reported the following errror: internal error: data not found. I then click OK and I recieve this: There was a problem accessing the organizer catalog. May be in use by another process or disk error occurring. What has happened? and How do I fix this?

Have you done a File->Catalog->Recover in the Organizer? This usually fixes ODBC errors.
