Hi, this is my first post on this forum.
I am new at using Elements (I was using regular Photoshop before), and I have a question about setting guidelines.
Where are they?
I can't find way to make them active, and when I open .psd file that allready has guidelines, I can only hide them, they can't be moved.

Please help.

For Guides, you'll need an add-on to create them (and remove them). They're not native in PSE.

Several are available, but I personally prefer Handy Actions - full version or Lite version - because they install themselves :)

There are no guides as such in PSE6 but as a rough and ready stop-gap you can turn on the grid in the view menu. This will lay down a pre-defined grid but the settings can be changed if you go to Edit\Prefrences\Grid. Worth a try........

And I use the guidelines that come with Grant's Tools (http://www.cavesofice.org/~grant/Challenge/Tools/index.html).

Do Grant's tools work in Elements 6?

I presume from THIS POST (http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showpost.php?p=322304&postcount=11) that the answer is yes but maybe someone who has version 6 and has installed them can verify this?
