I've tested and used two of them.
The First was: http://www.elcocolor.com/ which I sent in my order on a Sunday afternoon.
Sunday Evening, I then sent in a change up to have one shot of my order an 11X14 Mounted. I received a confirmation email letter on Monday and then the order was processed, completed and sent via UPS. I got the complete whole package on Tuesday when I came home from work. Very nice quality, prices are very reasonable and delivery time is excellent as well. I guess it would depend on what part of the country you live in for the delivery times. I think the Lab is in New Jersey, and we are in New York City.
The Second Lab I tested and used was: http://www.mpix.com/ and I even got around to testing the Kodak Endura Metallic paper on my San Juan Capistrano Shot. The small pond in front really came to life, I was very impressed. Also, order sent in on a Sunday and delivery was Tuesday sitting there waiting for me when I got home from work. I get home about 5:30 PM.

I used MPIX for some large images that were Christmas gifts. They did a fantastic job on printing. It was also very quick and well packaged.
I plan on using them for some Black and Whites in the future.
