Copying Adjustment Layer to another photo

Does anyone know if you can copy adjustment layers to other photos using Elements 5.0?

I need some more advanced Batch Processing Tools, but really don't want to use Photoshop CS.

Any advice?

Yes, you can drag and drop an adjustment layer in PSE. You can even drop an adjustment layer (including curves) from a Photoshop *.psd to PSE.
