How to fix. Adobe Email Serv. (Or me.)

I have Elements 5 and 6. Everything was fine. Then I screwed up the Adobe email service. I might have changed something, but I don't under stand. When I use email attachments or photo mail everthing works....at this point I send the email and it sends.

Then, I don't get the email. I tried using Ele.5 and 6. ... there gone.

I don't think you are at fault with this one. I am having the same problem - the workflow goes smoothly (with both Photo Mail and Email Attachment) yet the sent email is never received.

Up until yesterday I was able to successfully use the Photo Mail and Email Attachment features in both Elements v4 and v6. Nothing has changed on my computer or s/w so the problem lies somewhere within Photoshop Elements or with their Photo Mail server.

I had the same thing happen. I sent my first photo mail a couple of weeks ago without any problem. Last night I followed the same steps but the emails never went through. I'm not a real techie person so now I'm at a loss.

Looks like Adobe has a small ( I hope 'small') glitch on their hands now--and I hope they can come up with a solution as the same thing has been happening to me as well--in my case (as referenced in 2 of my postings) all emails were able to go out using either Outlook or Adobe Email Service and then for no apparent reason the application looked as though the emails were sent but none were received----hope Adobe gets on this one quickly as it seems to now be affecting a group of us--RPS
