Can anyone recommend a book for PSE6, the book is for my sister who has never worked with PSE before. She will be doing some photo fixing but mainly scrapbooking? I would like to buy it for her Christmas Present.
I have PSE 5 and would also like a recommendation for a book for it. I have had it for almost a year and everytime I get started, I get so frustrated and confused I end up quitting. Anywords of advice would also be appreciated.

Hi,
Photoshop Elements 6.0 - The Missing Manual, by Barbara Brundage
Photoshop Elements 6.0 Classroom in a Book
These would be two good books for a beginner.
Tell her about this forum and she'll learn a lot here, too.

I haven't yet purchased v.6 but I really appreciate Scott Kelby's book on v.5! His humor makes it more enjoyable to do the practical things you want and need to do with digital photos.

If you are looking for a PSE book about scrapbooking check out my book at www.TheDigitalScrapbookTeacher.com (http://www.TheDigitalScrapbookTeacher.com). It's 384 pages crammed with instruction on how to use the PSE program AND to use it when scrapping. It is written with screenshots from PSE 5, but I will soon have the differences between PSE 5 & 6 up on the website in a couple of weeks. It's also written in plain English.
The other books are great but they don't really deal with scrapbooking.
