Hi:I have recently uninstalled Elements 5 and purchased and installed Elements 6 hoping the issue I have been havingwould resolve itself.Years ago,I started with Elements 3 and always sent photo-emails using Outlook-my default mail application. There have been no changes or new applications installed on my computer. Recently I was trying to send out 3 different photo html emails using Microsoft Outlook--which I had used successfully 100's of times---I was sending them out one after the other with no delay in between, other than to change the recipient's address. Emails 1 and 2 went out with no difficulty--when I tried to send out the 3rd email , from out of the blue,an error message popped up " Photoshop Elements could not finish creating your email message. Please make sure that Microsoft Outlook is selected--blah, blah, blah...."--I checked the preferences and all was in order. I tried to contact Adobe and reset the preference files as per their instructions--all to no avail--same problem---yes, I can send email using the Adobe Email Service, but I would rather use Outlook--I am totally frustrated now--Most of thier other solutions were simply silly--One of them was to re-format my hard dosk and start all over again--That solution is simply ridiculous----Has anyone else run into this error and has anyone been able to resolve this issue. Sorry for the wordiness of this...Thanks in advance--RPS

Thanks so much -I did see this one and others with similar stories--it's odd because for over 3 years I have never had any issues and have only used used MS Outlook 2003--it just seemed to happen as mentioned in my first post--oh well--guess I will have to use the Adobe Email Service until someone at Adobe figures out what's going on---too bad though because for the mosr part Elements is super and Elements 6 has some great new features--thanks again--RPS
