Error when trying to open PSE4

Any idea as to what might cause the following on a G4 iBook?

FWIW, I repaired Permissions and verified the Disk to no avail.

Have you tried deleting the prefs ??

To do that close down Elements then click on the start up icon and quickly hold down the Command, Option and Shift keys. Continue to hold down all three keys until you get a screen asking if you want to delete Settings ... just say Yes. You do have to be quick holding down the keys so if you have problems with it try holding down the keys with one hand before you click on the icon :)

Turns out, I'm back in business. I shut down the computer for the night and the next morning when I fired up, PSE was working. Go figure! :cool:
