Selecting his hair was no easy task with the mouse. Never again. My husband surprised me with the Wacom tablet. I suppose he's thinking maybe now I'll spend less time with PSE. Somehow I doubt that. This is the best thing since . . . well you know.

Wow, Coco! I cannot believe the difference between selecting with the mouse and the tablet! Unbelieveable detail...I gotta get one... and now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great creation, too!

Thanks, Wendy, Sela, and Kimh. I appreciate your responses so much. Sela I got the tablet after I selected his hair though. Just wait (hopefully not too long) til you get one. You're gonna love it!

Congrats----I purchased Essentials mainly for the selecting hair. You chose the colors to keep and the colors to discard and just paint along the line---magic! Go on line ononesoftware.com and check it out. BillandCat

You did a great job on your picture!! I love my wacom just because of how easy selections are.

Great job! Enjoy using your Wacom. It definitely makes life easier with selections and generally. Mind you, after watching Corey's latest podcast on the new Quick Selection tool in PSE6, I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to that rather than version 5!

Thank you all very much for saying such nice things. You all should pat yourselves on the back too because I'm learning so much from all of you. Bayla, there's always something newer and better isn't there? I just got PSE 5 a couple of months ago and of course I didn't even know about 6. Thanks again you guys.
