Bobby R here. I'm new to elements village. I do need a little help. I have been to this site before and have used your tips. By the way they are great!! I have a photo of a building taken at night and my friend would like me to add snow to the picture. I'm not sure how to get this effect. Could you help please? I'm using elements 5.0. Thanks in advance.
