In response to a multiplicity of requests to simplify the gallery area, we have combined the Photoshop Elements Techniques Subscriber Gallery and Subscriber Gallery Updates subforums into one labeled Newsletter Subscriber Gallery.
Nothing quite like spring cleaning in November. ;)

Hmmmmm.....won't that title look a bit odd once the PET Newsletter & Subscriber Gallery disappear into cyberspace for ever.....
But thanks for combining them:)

Maybe "Focus on Galleries" or something similar would do the trick. :):):)

Annie, thanks. Whatever or wherever the gallery ends up will be fine w/me. Since the spilt w/some of the forum members I have been away for a while. I'm getting back in the swing of things now and hopefully I will be able to figure out this new/old site. My feelings were a little hurt when PET announced its farewell and I ventured to other sites but I'm over it now and ready to get on w/the fun. Hope everyone will forgive me, I was just trying to hang w/all my online friends here, I feel like I did when I got my divorce, the family was divided.

The Newsletter Subscriber Gallery subforum will go away when the PET site comes down (again, not until early 2008). But we will still have the forum gallery area.
And, Charlotte, no problem. I think everyone has been eager to move on from the drama and get back to having fun, learning Elements, and now even diving into the deep end of the digital photography pool.

Hi Vesta,
You just said something that I have been thinking for some time now. I discovered this forum back around February as I was trying to learn enough to teach a course in PSE. I got talked into this teaching gig and I really did not feel I was much of a PSE master, let alone teacher. The things I learned here really got me through my first round. I get to do it again in January. I am much more prepared now, thanks to all of you good people. I am really standing on the shoulders of giants.
Thanks,
Bob

Annie, thank you once again, you're the bomb! Or is that just an Aussie expression? If so, it means good things:D
Charlotte, when I say I'm so glad to 'see' you again, please know I really mean it. It has been pretty awful all round, the division thing I mean, and why it had to turn into a division in first place is beyond me. It seems to all be settling down now though.
Personally, I will visit (and have done so) the Creative site, but this is HOME!
